Elia Kazanjoglous, dit Elia Kazan, né Elias Kazantzoglou (en grec: Ηλίας Καζαντζόγλου) le 7 septembre 1909 à Constantinople (Empire ottoman) et mort le 28 septembre 2003 à New York (États-Unis), est un réalisateur, metteur en scène de théâtre et écrivain américain d'origine grecque. Il est né à Constantinople dans l'Empire ottoman, fils d'un marchand de tapis grec, Yorgos (George) Kazanjoglous et d'Athena (née Sismanoglou).
