Patricia Alma Hitchcock (née le 7 juillet 1928 à Londres, en Angleterre) est une actrice et productrice de cinéma américaine d'origine britannique. Fille du réalisateur Alfred Hitchcock, elle a interprété des seconds rôles dans trois films de son père. Dès son plus jeune âge, Patricia Hitchcock aspirait à devenir actrice. Au début des années 1940, elle a commencé à jouer dans différentes compagnies théâtrales.
