Chester Cooper Conklin (11 janvier 1886 – 11 octobre 1971) était un comédien américain des débuts du cinéma. Il a commencé sa carrière aux studios Keystone comme l'un des Keystone Cops de Mack Sennett, souvent associé à Mack Swain. Il a joué dans plusieurs films avec Mabel Normand et a travaillé en étroite collaboration avec Charlie Chaplin, aussi bien dans des films muets que parlants.
