David Oyelowo, né le 1er avril 1976 à Oxford (Royaume-Uni), est un acteur, producteur et réalisateur britannique d’origine nigériane. Formé au London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, il débute sur scène avec la Royal Shakespeare Company, où il marque l’histoire en interprétant Henri VI. Révélé à la télévision dans la série MI-5, il se fait connaître au cinéma avec des rôles dans The Last King of Scotland (2006), The Butler (2013), Interstellar (2014) et surtout Selma (2014), où il incarne Martin Luther King Jr., une performance saluée par la critique.
