Tokyo. Après une attaque nucléaire, la population féminine est devenue la proie d'hommes irradiés, transformés en zombies assoifés de sexe. Momoko, employée de bureau et Nozomi, infirmière, cherchent un abri dans un sanctuaire Shinto. Elles y rencontreront Kanae, femme au foyer et Tamae, l'écolière. Sans espoir, elles décident de s'armer pour combattre ces hordes de zombies violeurs. Comment s'en débarrasser pour de bon?
