Charles Joseph Parrott (20 octobre 1893 – 20 juin 1940), connu sous le nom de Charley Chase, était un comédien, acteur, scénariste et réalisateur américain, célèbre pour ses courts métrages comiques produits par Hal Roach. Né Charles Joseph Parrott à Baltimore, dans le Maryland, Charley Chase a débuté dans le vaudeville à l'adolescence et a entamé sa carrière cinématographique en 1912.
