Meg Ryan (née le 19 novembre 1961) est une actrice, productrice et réalisatrice américaine. Elle a débuté sa carrière d'actrice en 1981 dans le film dramatique « Rich and Famous ». Elle a ensuite rejoint la distribution du feuilleton télévisé « As the World Turns » sur CBS en 1982.
